I’ve found there is usually an easy trick.
They tell you to hit the button to see the ad. But then look in the upper-right corner for a “close” option. Hit that and you’re right back to the article without having to sit through the %^&$# ad.
Try it and tell me if it works for you.
American Thinker does this a lot. Once I figured it out, I found it takes me about three seconds to get around it.

This is how the publishers and authors make money. And it is also why they would come after me if I simply stripped out all their ads—which, technically, I could easily do.
