Some sites have good content but I no longer visit them because there are just too many ads. Conservative Treehouse is one such site. That is why I do not direct people to that site. I despise ads that constantly get in my way.
The American Thinker article re Covid had ads covering content pop up every 30 seconds or so; totally excessive and obnoxious. One ad even had a note saying I had to open and view an ad before I could continue reading the article.
Comments were limited to paid subscribers. I won't open any more articles from American Thinker.
Thanks for the feedback. They are attempting to stay financially viable while providing otherwise good content. Sometimes they go over the line. In contrast, all the articles that are presented through Substack have none of this foolishness. Maybe I should feature more Substack authors — many great ones. We could be experiencing he changing of the guard. Other sites are not as aggressive.
